A loading dock at night, its door half open and a wrapped pallet standing inside the light.
A loading dock. What the company asks a factory for, and what a factory can expect back, is written down before anything is wrapped.

If you make it well, we want to quote it.

What we ask for, and what you can expect from us.

What we ask for.

  • A formal quotation against our specification, priced FOB, with the port named.
  • The unit price at the order quantity we asked about, plus the tooling or mold cost if any applies, stated separately.
  • Lead time for the first order and for a repeat order, counted from deposit.
  • A physical sample, shipped to us at our cost, before any order is placed.
  • Your capability for the labeling, packaging and marking required for consumer goods sold in the United States.

What you can expect from us.

  • A written specification and a decision, including a clear no. We do not leave quotations unanswered.
  • A pre-shipment inspection against an agreed standard, arranged and paid for by us.
  • Payment terms agreed in writing before production, with the balance released after inspection passes.
  • Orders placed in the company’s legal name, FLECHABRANDS LLC, on our own import entry.

How to reach us.

Write to contact@flechabrands.com with your factory name, the product category, and the specification you are quoting against. Put “RFQ” in the subject line so it reaches the right place.
