What we do.
Flechabrands LLC is a consumer products company that designs and sells household goods under its own brand on Amazon.com to consumers in the United States.
The company sources its products from contract manufacturers in China, imports them into the United States as importer of record under its own federal tax identification number, and stores inventory in Amazon’s United States fulfillment centers. Amazon handles order fulfillment and delivery to the customer.
Revenue comes from Amazon marketplace sales, disbursed by Amazon on a fixed settlement cycle. The customers are United States retail consumers. The suppliers are manufacturers in China and freight forwarders based in the United States and licensed customs brokers.

Flechabrands is owned and operated by its sole member, Gabriel Borges, who works from Brazil. The principal office in Michigan is the company’s mailing address for correspondence and service of process. The company has no employees and no United States office.
