From a factory floor to a doorstep in the United States.
Four steps, each with a named party and a document behind it.
Sourcing
Products are made by contract manufacturers in China against the company’s own specification. Before an order is placed, the company requests a formal quotation, reviews the factory’s capability, and buys a physical sample and evaluates it in hand. A supplier who cannot quote a specification is not a supplier.
Quality and compliance
Every order is subject to a pre-shipment inspection against an agreed standard before the balance payment is released. Products, labeling and packaging are prepared to meet the requirements that apply to consumer goods sold in the United States, including the marking and safety rules enforced by United States Customs and Border Protection and the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
Import
The company imports as importer of record under its own federal tax identification number, using United States freight forwarders and licensed customs brokers. It classifies its goods, pays the duties owed, and keeps the entry records. The company does not ship on a supplier’s import entry.
Fulfillment
Inventory is delivered into Amazon’s United States fulfillment centers. Amazon picks, packs and ships each order, and handles delivery to the customer. Returns follow Amazon’s policy for the marketplace.
What we will not do.
The company does not resell another brand’s product, does not dropship, and does not list a product it has not held in its hand. If a category cannot be made well at a price that supports the standard, it is not launched.
